David Haye put in his place

Just read on the BBC that Haye has been told by Klitschko to go and have a few fights before he comes knocking at his door.
I can’t believe there’s even been a discussion! Haye has been pretty good in his recent fights, but they weren’t at heavyweight and weren’t against world champions in Klitschko’s class.
Both the Klitschko’s have very good and heavy jabs, which Haye won’t have come across before. Haye needs a few rounds with some journeymen heavies, which he no doubt would have trained with at some point, making sure one is of at least the same height as Klitschko - not easy to find - Audley Harrison anyone?!
It would be interesting to see if towards the end of next year this fight can be put on how long Haye will last. I think he has as good if not better chance as any heavyweight of a one punch knockout, he’s easily got the power. Even if not a clean knockout enough to put his opponent in enough trouble that he can unload a few and ask questions of the referee’s judgement.
However, he’s got to fight his way up to Klitschko, and he’ll need to be patient. He’ll also need to impress, because it could be a big draw, but if he only wins on points in the heavies the broadcasters won’t be too excited about putting it on.
