Hatton, according to the Sun, won’t fight Witter because he said "One day!" to him at an awards ceremony! Please.
Hatton won’t fight Witter because it’s too risky.
Witter has proved he is a contender, and if he pissed Hatton off so much, the best way of dealing with it is by getting in the ring and teaching him a lesson.
