Tarver v Woods - who wins?

While this light-heavyweight title clash might be being overshadowed with Joe Calzaghe’s match up with Bernard Hopkins, it’s a fight I’m very much looking forward to.
For me Antonio Tarver has never been a legitimate p4p top ten fighter. He caught Roy Jones at a good time and he’s lived off the back of it ever since. I also believe that the so called Magic Man has regressed in the past couple of years and at 39 years of age he’s there to be beaten.
He believes that Clinton Woods is a hand picked opponent that only serves the purpose of handing him a world title. He’s in for a shock on April 12th.
Woods to win and confortably.
