uldoon I wish you the best. I grew up on the East side of Buffalo New york and if anyone has ever been there they know it is a war zone. I always wanted to open a gym in the hood. This was in the early 70's and I had the dough and a man I can't remember his name but he was in his 70's then. He had worked with Joe Louis and other fighters from that era. But I was too crazy backk then. I regret it now. There has never been a great fighter from Buffalo, N.Y. I know there is they just need a chance and a place the feel safe in to train. Good luck

By the way Muldoon forget the white collar thing. Go into the ghetto and open a gym, It will be much more rewarding. The goal should be to find a great young prospect and make him a champ.
