Firstly - nice forum, guys - I hope to be posting on here as often as possible Cool

Anyway - for my first post, I'd just like to make you all aware of the timings of the UK undercard to the Hatton - Mayweather fight.

Doors open at Wigan at 19:30 and the boxing commences at 20:00.

Times for the Title Bouts are as follows;

21:05 - Vacant Commonwealth bantamweight title; Jason Booth -V- Matthew Edmonds

This will be followed by the Commonwealth welterweight title; Ali Nuumbembe -V- Craig Watson

23:05 - Vacant British super flyweight title; Jamie McDonnel -V- Chris Edwards

This will then be followed by the Vacant British light middleweight title; Gary Woolcombe -V-Marcus Portman

Apart from the terrific title action, there will also be a live performance of The Spice Girls (!) at 01:00

At 02:00 the Live feed to Las Vegas for the US Bill will commence - on big screens. This will be orchestrated by Britains own "John Bull" - who will lead all the cheering for the Hatton Supporters.

The bar will be open all night; serving food and drink to all.

It's going to be another cracking night - so get down there!!

Just got off the phone to Steve Wood.
Despite my criticisms on boxrec concerning the top of the bill - I have to also say Maloney and Wood have gone out of their way to ensure the boxing fans get a special night in the way of entertainment.

I can think a whole lot of other ways of wasting money.
