While I am tipping Pacquiao to beat Cotto, I don't think it will be easy. Cotto will be tougher than Hatton. Miguel is bigger and has a better range of punches. Interested to see how Pac-Man takes Cotto's bodyshots. Great fight! Thanks for the kind words.

Ricky Hatton is sounding more like he doesn't want to come back after all. Maybe his meeting with Muhammad Ali will actually encourage him to stay retired.

Buster Douglas did benefit from a long count against Tyson, but probably deserved to win that night anyway. Tyson took him easy going in and Buster had the best night of his career. Another one of the reasons why boxing can be so special.

That is an impressive list of names. Does anyone think that many of today's heayweights would match-up. Outside of the Klitschko's, who else from today's era could be rated on that list?

Just as intesting a question, if Ricky Hatton does fight again, as many suspect he will, who will be his trainer? Things didn't seem to end well with Floyd Mayweather Sr, so who would Hatton turn to now? This has to be an important consideration for Hatton when he thinks about whether he should fight again.

I'd be very surprised if Hatton were not to fight again. The Hitman will be back.

It seems that Top Rank promoter Bob Arum is attempting to arrange a November 14th superfight between Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Is this the best fight for the Pac-Man? Would Shane Mosley have been a bigger match? Is Cotto the same fighter before the beating he received from Antonio Margarito. Lots of questions here. Personally, I'm tipping Pacquiao to beat anyone he is lined up against, until he ever loses again.

It was confirmed today that the Floyd Mayweather Jr-Juan Manuel Marquez match has been rescheduled for September 19. Interesting. Out the window goes some people's conspiracy theories that Mayweather was trying to duck out of the fight and go straight to a match with Manny Pacquiao. Will be good to see what Mayweather has left at the age of 32?
