Just wondered what peoples thoughts are on Joe's next opponent.Should he have a big money millenium stadium farewell against Jones? or what about a Title fight at light heavy,i think Joe could beat Tarver and Dawson.Or what about the fight everyone wants to see Pavlik v Calzaghe at super middle.Joe has nothing to prove to most, but there are still lots of sceptics (not me i'm a believer) Your thoughts please gentlemen. |

I see Joe winning by a comfortable margin, his workrate and movement will surprise Hopkins, and i think Joe will be more comfortable at the heavier weight. What does intrigue me is whether Mr Cortez will allow "the home" fighter to hold and spoil, bearing in mind he never let Hatton lay a glove on PBF? My only concerns are, will Joe be overawed by the venue and the occasion? will he expose his chin by trying to impress the U.S. crowd,by trying to finish Hopkins?and will his notoriously fragile hands stand up at the heavier weight? |

I see only one outcome in a Calzaghe Hopkins fight,PAIN.Joe would beat him in all departments, and i don't think Hopkins peek a boo tactics would save his ass. Thought his comments were a disgrace,i know he tries to hype fights to sell tickets, but he let himself down with that trash.Imagine the outrage if Joe had said "i would never lose to a black boy" Racism, biggotry, call it what you like, theres no place for it in sport. |

Floyd is an exceptional fighter, but both De La Hoya ,and Castillo exposed flaws in his armoury. When under pressure,Floyd fights on the run,and only throws single shots,i don't think this will be enough to keep Ricky off him.Had De La Hoya not run out of steam he would have won the fight, and in the first Castillo fight,i had Castillo a 4 round winner. To hard to pick at this point in time,so i'm going with my heart,Hatton TKO 10. |
