By Paul Upham: Floyd Mayweather Jr made it perfectly clear on Wednesday. Don't ask him about a fight with Ricky Hatton any more. As far as the undefeated pound for pound king is concerned, the 28 year-old "Hitman" from Manchester doesn't want the fight.

"This is the same guy who asks for ridiculous numbers to fight Floyd Mayweather," he said. "First, it was he needs a tune-up fight. Then, after he had the tune-up fight, it was he was going to fight for the welterweight title. Then it was he wants US$13 million. The truth is, you just don't want to fight. So don't ask me about Ricky Hatton. He is nothing to be talked about."

29 year-old Mayweather 36-0 (24) faces WBC welterweight champion Carlos Baldomir on November 4 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on HBO Pay-Per-View.

After winning the WBA welterweight title in May, Hatton 41-0 (30) drops back down to junior welterweight on January 13 to try to re-claim the IBF world title from new champion Juan Urango.

"He will continue to fight fighters in the UK and get good pay days over there," said Mayweather. "I respect him for what he is doing. But if he comes to Floyd Mayweather, he is going to get his ass busted!"
