By Paul Upham: Undisputed junior welterweight champion Kostya Tszyu will officially launch a new range of memorabilia on April 19 in Sydney to commemorate his unifying of the WBC, WBA and IBF titles against Zab Judah at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on November 3 last year.

I am pleased to finally announce that I am releasing my first ever official line of authenticated memorabilia, said Tszyu.

All ‘KT’ authenticated memorabilia is authorised by me. I have worked very close with the team to make sure that it is superior work and I truly believe that my fans will value this. The first piece is called ‘Winner Takes All’ and is based on my unification victory against Zab Judah in November 2001, an unforgettable and very special moment in my life.

Making the announcement via his official website KTboxing.com, Tszyu will be making a public appearance at ‘One World Sports’ at Darling Harbour, Sydney next Friday night at 7pm. The limited edition memorabilia can be viewed and purchased online at:

Tszyu will defend his titles against IBF No.1 Ben Tackie in Las Vegas on Showtime in the USA on May 18 and has been in training camp for the last five weeks.

My training is going well and I am sparring with three great boxers, Hercules Kyvelos, Golden Johnson and Gairy St Claire, said Tszyu.

Hercules Kyvelos is an undefeated welterweight, ranked WBC No.7 and IBF No.5. He has a great record, great skill and very strong. Golden Johnson is a very experienced fighter, he has fought against many good opponents including Ben Tackie. Gairy St Claire is very different to Tackie, Hercules and Golden, he is a left-hander, very fast and a great boxer. Sparring with Gairy keeps me very sharp.

Although it has been announced that the Tszyu-Tackie clash will take place in Las Vegas, there has been no confirmation on the exact venue as yet.
