

By Paul Upham: The Australian middleweight and junior middleweight boxing titles will be on the line in separate matches on Friday night at the Sutherland Entertainment Centre in Sutherland, NSW on a card promoted by Fite-Rite.
In the main event, undefeated Australian middleweight champion, 25 year-old Junior Talipeau 13-0 (5) from Kogarah, NSW will face 31 year-old Ben Crampton 22-2-2 (10) from Cessnock, NSW over ten rounds.
In the main support, red hot 24 year-old Nigerian star King Davidson 8-0 (5) will face 27 year-old Robert “Gummy” Toomey from Dubbo, NSW over ten rounds for the vacant Australian junior middleweight title.
Also on the card in separate fights are Garry Comer, Anthony Brownlie, Brian Fitzgerald and the ‘never in a bad fight’ Jerry Spanidis.
