Mikkel Kessler and manager Simon Lundt Hansen part ways

By Teddy Stenmark: Mikkel Kessler has stated in a press release that he has parted ways with his manager, Simon Lundt Hansen, who has been his advisor and personal associate for two years. His services are no longer needed after the Dane got injured and his future now is somewhat uncertain. “Hansen has been a good manager for the time I have had him and he has helped me a lot through the break-up with former promoter Mogens Palle and the transition to Team Sauerland and the Super Six tournament” says Kessler in the release. They part ways amicable.
Female Swedish WBO/WBC /WBA welterweight challenger, Mikaela Lauren (she takes on reigning champion Cecilia Braekhus of Norway in Rostock, Germany October 30th) reports on her Facebook-website that she has sparred with Swedish International (World amateur Silver medallist), Klara Svensson (approximately 20 rounds). The Stockholm-based Lauren will now increase the intensity even further in the next couple of days as she will be sparring professional colleague, WIBF-champ (light middleweight), Maria Lindberg in Malmö.
