Albert Howell is a Las Vegas-based boxing correspondent. Before joining the SecondsOut team, he spent two years as a correspondent for FightNews. Albert is a graduate of Harvard University where he wrote his master's thesis on the history of boxing. He has been an avid fan of the sport since watching Sugar Ray Leonard capture gold at the 1976 Olympics in Montreal.
