WHERE’S RUSLAN? USMC0311- Why does it seem like Ruslan Chagaev has been "thrown under the bus," so-to-speak? The guy might be in recess, but he is still the WBA champ, regardless of the fact that Holyfield fought and beat Valuev (in the eyes of most observers) for the interim version of the WBA trinket. It seems like Ruslan has just become lost in all of that. Why do you think that is?

WBA heavyweight champion "in recess" Ruslan Chagaev will fight little known Costa Rican and # 9 rated Carl Davis Drumond on February 7, at the Stadthalle in Rostock, Germany. Due to various injuries, Chagaev has not fought since outpointing Matt Skelton back in January.
