Requirements to view SecondsOut video content: - You must have a broadband connection of at least 512k, ideally 1Mb. Please note that broadband connection speeds can not be guaranteed and depends on thenumber of people using broadband in your area and your Internet Service Provider’s configuration. If you experience a choppy picture or can only hear sound, it is likely that you don’t have enough bandwidth to view the stream.

We use the leading Geo Location database, but some service providers, particularly AOL, can provide innacurate information because of the configuration of their systems.
