Devon Alexander has been forced to postpone his IBF welterweight title defence against Britain’s Kell Brook for a second time
Alexander was to have defended his title in Detroit on February 23 but a bicep injury sustained in training has forced the fight to be put back yet again.
A disappointed Brook tweeted: "Can’t put into words how gutted I am."
Brook’s promoter Eddie Hearn responded by tweeting: "We received news from Golden Boy that Devon Alexander has pulled out of the fight due to a bicep injury. We will have a new date ASAP."
