Biosse Defeats King in Spirited Battle


At Twin River Event Center in Lincoln, RI, 168 lbs. prospect Vladine Biosse remained undefeated with a hard-fought unanimous decision victory over Ibahiem King, on scores of 77-72 and 77-73 twice. Both men scored knockdowns. Biosse survived a fourth round trip to canvas to floor King twice in round six. CES promoted the event.

Biosse, 28, a southpaw from Providence, RI, by way of Cape Verde, retains his New England super middleweight belt. The 25-year-old King from West Palm Beach, FL, loses for the fourth time in a row – dropping to 7-5, 2 KOs.
