Super bantamweight journeyman Jonathan Zurdo” Lecona won a 10 round unanimous decision over Enrique “Duende” Bernache at the Auditorio de Trabajadores del Metro in Mexico City on Saturday in an upset.
Lcona recovered from a slow start to claim a surprise unanimous 96-95, 97-93, 98-92 points win
On the same card Daniel “Galeno” Sandoval scored a second round stoppage win over the mismatched Martin Avila. Sandoval floored Avila once in round one and twice in round two before the bout was stopped after 1:34.
In a welterweight bout Ramses Agaton scored a first round stoppage win over Laonardo Ventura.
