Heavyweight boxing legend Lennox Lewis has labled Tyson Fury ‘loudmouth with no respect’.
The former Olympic champion and undisputed world champion hit out after the 24 year-old reportedly he would have knocked out Lewis and then called him a “bitch” and a “div”.
Speaking on the Bunce Boxing Hour on BoxNation, Lewis said: “I met Fury the other day and he was quiet as a mouse.
“When he left me he started opening his mouth but when he was with me he was like a mouse.
“I keep thinking why would he call me out? Even if I came back I wouldn’t fight him because he doesn’t have a belt. He is nothing to me and has never seen nothing like me. Who is he?
“He is just a loudmouth and has no respect. Guys with no respect don’t last long in the game.”
Lewis is in Liverpool, England to help prepare David Price for his heavyweight rematch with American Tony Thompson on Saturday night.
Meanwhile, negotiations for Fury to face David Haye in Manchester on September 28 are understood to be pretty much finalized.
