Former WBC heavyweight champion Oleg Maskaev, 37-7-(28), made a successful return to the ring after three years away to score a third round tko win over Owen Beck at the Sports Palace Quant in Moscow, Russia on Sunday.
The 43 year-old Russian decked Beck twice before the bout was stopped after 2.59 of the third session.
On the undercard super middleweight Maxim Glasov, 25-1-(12), outpointed former amateur star Geard Ajetovic, 21-8-1-(10), over 10 rounds. The scores were 100-90 and 99-92 twice.
At middleweight Sherzod Husanov, 16-0-1-(8), stopped the previously unbeaten Maxim Chemezov inside three rounds. The stoppage came after 2.32.
