Pulev And Peter Weigh In


Kubrat Pulev (23-1, 12 KOs) and Samuel Peter (36-5, 29 KOs) both weighed in today ahead of their WBA Intercontinental Heavyweight title clash tomorrow night at the Arena Armeec in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

In front of 15,000 fans, Pulev, the current European Champion, will make his long awaited homecoming fight against Peter, the former WBC World Champion, as both men target a World title opportunity in 2017.

 

WBA Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship:

Kubrat Pulev: 114.65 k

Samuel Peter: 122.9 kg

 

The undercard sees Scandinavian stars Otto Wallin and Tim-Robin Lihaug in action, alongside the professional debuts of London 2012 Olympic Bronze medallist Tervel Pulev and two-time German Amateur Champion Leon Bunn, plus an all-Bulgarian showdown between Plamena Dimova and Ana Simeonova.

Otto Wallin: 113.2 kg

Raphael Zumbano Love: 115.7 kg

 

Cruiserweight – 6 Rounds:

Tervel Pulev: 92.8 kg

Tomislav Rundan: TBC*

 

Light Heavyweight – 8 Rounds:

Tim-Robin Lihaug: 79.0 kg

Gergo Horvath: 77.0 kg

 

Light Heavyweight – 6 Rounds:

Leon Bunn: 81.0 kg

Gordan Glisic: TBC*

 

Female Flyweight – 6 Rounds:

Plamena Dimova: 51.16 kg

Ana Simeonova: 51.35 kg
