Alberto Rossel, 29-8-(13), will make the second defence of his WBA Interim light flyweight title against Panamanian challenger Walter Tello, 18-6-(7), Callao, Peru on March 16.
The 35 year-old won the interim crown by unanimously out-pointing Jose Alfredo Rodriguez in April, 2012 and successfully defended it by outscoring Karluis Diaz over 12 four months later.
