Taylor Topples Candelo In San Antonio

At the age of 35 former undisputed world middleweight champ Jermain “Bad Intentions” Taylor ko’d J.C Candelo in the seventh round of a super middleweight bout in San Antonio, Texas on Saturday.


Taylor was in control throughout the fight before dropping Candelo after 2.57 of the seventh round.


On the same Broner/Maidana/ undercard unbeaten lightweight Robert Easter Jr. scored a first round knockout over Hardy “El Huracan” Paredes A body shot did the damage after 2.30.


In a bantamweight bout American Rau’shee Warren scored his 17th straight win with a shutout of eight round against Jose “Cacho” Silveira (15-10, 6 KOs) The scores were 80-72 on all three judgescards.
