Celestino Caballero made a successful first defence of his WBA featherweight crown at Bunka Gym, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan on Saturday when he out-pointed Japanese challenger Satoshi Hosono over 12 rounds.
Cabellero, 38-4-(23), was a clear winner on all three judges cards by scores of 119-108 twice and 116-111.
Cabellero won the title by out-pointing Jon Vicotr Barrios in Argentina two months ago.
