Luton’s popular former British and Commonwealth lightweight champion Graham Earl has announced his retirement.
Graham was due to headline a pro show at MK Dons football club in Milton Jeynes on Saturday night but injury forced him out.
Earl did,however, enter the ring but only to anounce his retirement from the sport.
The 31 year-old was one of the most exciting and bravest fighters to enter a British ring in the last 15 years but over the last few years the tough battles started to take their toll and retirement seems a wise decision.
