Former world title challenger Jason Litzau, 29-3-(22), took just 2.43, to take out Ira Terry at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA on Saturday.
Litzau scored two knockdowns before the fight was stopped in the opening round .Litzau bounced back following a first round defeat against the big punching world champion Adrian Broner back in June 2011.
On the undercard heavyweight puncher Aaron “Gorilla” Green, 6-0-(5), went the distance for the first time against the tough but limited TJ Gibson. The scores were 60-54 twice and 60-53, all for Green.
Middleweight Rob Brant stopped Cheyenne Ziegler after 0 :53 of the second round to win his pro debut.
In a bantamweight bout Brad Patraw, 8-4-(5), scored a third round tko win over Tony Belvedere.
