Requirements to view SecondsOut video content:

• You must have the latest version of Adobe Flash or above installed - please click here to download  the latest version.
  
  
• You must have a broadband connection of at least 512k, ideally 1Mb. Please note that broadband connection speeds can not be guaranteed and depends on thenumber of people using broadband in your area and your Internet Service Provider's configuration. If you experience a choppy picture or can only hear sound, it is likely that you don't have enough bandwidth to view the stream.

• You must be in a country where the content is availble. If you believe you are at a location where you should be able to see the content, please contact us using the support form - click here. We use the leading Geo Location database, but some service providers, particularly AOL, can provide innacurate information because of the configuration of their systems.
