George Michael Carmen passed his first real test as a professional at the Montem Leisure Centre in Slough, Berkshire Saturday night by out-pointing Arvydas Trizno to claim the vacant WBC Youth welterweight title.
The 28 year-old local boxer, who improved his unbeaten record to 8-0-(0), produced a solid and mature performance in his first 10 rounder.
