Liverpool’s Tony Beloow is close to signing for a WBO light-heavywieght title fight against Nathan Cleverly.
The British and Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion has reportedly verbally agreed to meet the Welshman at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on October 15 .
The fight is expected to be officially announce by the end of the week following the signing of contracts.
Bellow was scheduled to face Paul David at the Liverpool Olympia on September 17.
