Ticket sales to see Carl ‘The Jackal’ Frampton versus Jeremy Parodi in a World Title eliminator fight at the Odyssey in Belfast on 19th October have already reached arena capacity. As a result Cyclone Promotions is opening up additional seating which will make the fight the biggest the Belfast Odyssey has ever seen.
Carl Frampton said: “October 19th is a huge night for me and my team. I can’t wait to box in front of my home fans in a sell out arena.”
The hotly anticipated fight will see Frampton, who is managed by boxing legend, Barry McGuigan, promoted by Cyclone promotions and trained by Shane McGuigan, take on the world number four Jeremy Parodi of France. If successful, Frampton will continue his journey towards a fight for the World Title.
Barry McGuigan said: “It is unimaginable the feeling a fighter has boxing in front of a sell out home crowd. Carl’s punches, speed & accuracy will no doubt secure a Belfast victory for us. He’s in the best shape of his life and has been training hard with Shane over the past months.”
