David Haye will make the second defence of his WBA heavyweight title against bitter London rival Audley Harrison at the MEN Arena in Manchester on November 13.

Haye confirmed today that he will make the voluntary defence against former Olympic champion, Harrison, and the fight will be broadcast live on Sky Box Office HD.

Ever since Harrison knocked out Michael Sprott in the 12th and final round after being behind on the scorecards back in April, he has been calling out Haye-Now he has his wish.

Harrison and Haye were once very close friends but fell out a number of years ago when Haye refused to allow Harrison a spot on one of his undercards.

Haye, will of course start a massive favourite and rightly so, but the bitter London rivalry between the pair plus many other factors, make this fight the domestic clash of the year.

Haye, speaking on Skysports.com said: "At one stage I had a lot of respect for Audley, but over the years that respect has turned to disdain."

"It’s now time for me to go out there and close the Audley Harrison show once and for all. Audley’s a big name, but he’s known as a boxer that people want to see get destroyed. The public want to see one final high-profile destruction of Audley Harrison, and I’m only too happy to do my duty for the British people."
Harrison countered by insisting: "David Haye and the boxing world will be in for a shock on 13th November.

"I told Sky Sports in 2009, that destiny would bring me and David in the ring together. Haye rubbished it and so did the boxing world. I’ve said it many times that I will be a world champion before I retire and now I get the chance to fulfil my destiny in boxing. So go ahead, write me off but I can’t wait for the day when A Force Harrison, destroys Mr Haye. Yes I can."
