According to ESPN.com Amir Khan and Zab Judah will clash in a unification battle in Las Vegas on July 23. Khan will put his WBA junior welterweight title on the while Judah will throw his IBF crown into the mix.
Apparently the date has been set for a few weeks, ever since the proposed unification bout with WBO/WBC champ Tim Bradley fell apart after Bradley turneddown a reported million dollar payday.
Judah, who took the IBF crown after beating South African Kaizer Mabuza in March, will provide Khan with arguably the toughest test of his 25-1-(17), six year career so far.
Judah is also a former world welterweight champ with a 41-6-(28), and at age 33 is is boxing as well as at any tine in his 15 year career.
