Lee McAllister stopped late replacement Karoly Lakatos of Hungary in the third round at the sold out in the Beach Ballroom in Aberdeen, Scotland on Friday night.
McAllister took control from the first bell by relentlessy pursuing his opponent. McAllister’s solid right jabs made a mess of the Hungarian’s left eye and it wes not long before he gained full control of the contest. The end came after 2.01 of the third round when Lakatos was given two successive standing eight counts.
