According to media reports Sheffield’s Ryan Rhodes has pulled out of his European junior-middleweight title clash against Lukas Konecky in Birmingham on September 18.
Rhodes is said to have suffered a back injury and had no choice but to pull out of the fight.
The ‘Magnificent Seven event, promoted by Frank Warren, suffered a severe blow on September 2 when Londoner Darren Barker was forced to pull out of his European middleweight title showdown against Matthew Macklin, due to a hip injury.
