Scunthorpe on Bonfire Night will be boxing madness after Frank Bruno agreed to join Mike Tyson at the opening of a local gym, the Dynamite School of Boxing.
The pair twice went head-to-head for the heavyweight world-championship, but have not appeared together in public since Tyson stole the world-belt from Bruno, in what emerged to be the final fight of Frank’s career.
Bruno said: "It will be a pleasure for me to open the gym with Mike, we had two epic battles and I have the utmost respect for him
Bruno and Tyson will hold a short training session with youngsters from the new boxing academy before the main event, when the boxers enter the ring in true Vegas style, before a brief exhibition of their fighting moves.
