All the hard work is done and Adrian Broner is ready to impress his home town boxing fans when he faces Vicente Martin Rodriguez for the vacant WBO super-featherweight title at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio on Saturday(Nov 26) night.

Broner, 21-0-(17), has looked highly impressive in his last two fights, a unanimous 10 round points win over Daniel Ponce De Leon and a first round blow out of the respected Jason Litzu.

Judging by his two previous fights the 22 year-old starts a firm favourite but that has not stopped him training like a demon so as to impress his growing army of local fight fans.

"The hard work is done," said Broner. "It was a great camp. Every morning I’m running six miles. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I’m doing 14 to 20 rounds of sparring. After sparring I’m still putting in work and I’m not even breathing hard. I don’t even need water. I’m ready. I’m just so ready to show off for my city."

Trainer Mike Stafford echoed Broner’s thoughts about preparation when he chipped in and said: "That’s where the fight is won, We’ve already won the fight in training camp. Saturday is just time to put on a show."
