WBA welterweight world champion Miguel Cotto and challenger Antonio Margarito both weighed in successfully at their official weigh-in on Friday at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, USA.

Cotto and Margarito clash over twelve rounds on Saturday night on HBO Pay-per-View.

27 year-old Cotto from Puerto Rico, who has an undefeated record of 32 wins, 0 losses and 26 wins by knockout, weighed in at 147lbs.

30 year-old Margarito from Mexico, who has a record of 36 wins, 5 losses and 26 wins by knockout, also tipped the scales at 147lbs.

Promoted by Top Rank, “The Battle!” – a four-fight pay-per-view extravaganza headlined by the Cotto vs. Margarito WBA world championship rumble between welterweight two super powers takes place on Saturday, July 26, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It will be produced and distributed live in the USA by HBO Pay-Per-View, beginning at 9pm EST / 6pm PST.
