IBO bantamweight champion Vic Darchinyan is set to face WBA champion Anselmo Moreno in a unification match up in Anaheim, California on December 3.
Darchinyan (37-3-1, 27 KOs) expects a tough battle against the much taller Panamanian but does of course expect to be victorious.
"He’s a tactical fighter, he loves to move," Darchinyan told AAP.
"I think his mind is going to be to win every round, not to knock me out, he’s not a good puncher.
"I’m not saying it’s going to be easy to beat him or knock him out, it’s going to be hard."
Darchinyan vs Moreno shares top billing with Abner Mares and Joseph Agbeko, who clash in a rematch for the IBF bantamweight title.
The Australian based Armenian said he is happy to face the winner of Agbeko and Mares if he defeats Moreno, then a super fight with Filipino powerhouse Nonito Donaire .
"I’ll fight either Mares or Agbeko, whoever wins, I’d love to fight him," Darchinyan said.
"My goal is I want to fight Nonito Donaire, he’s moving up to 122 pounds ."
