Vitali Klitschko (42-2, 39 KOs), and Tomasz Adamek (44-1, 28 KOs), participated today in a press conference and talked about their upcoming clash next Saturday.
WBC World Heavyweight Champion Klitschko and Light Heavyweight and Cruiserweight World Champion Adamek will face off at Wroclaw Stadium, Poland. In the U.S., HBO will shown the fight at 5 pm (EST)/2 pm (PST).
Vitali Klitschko: “This is my title and I will never lose it inside the ring. I am in very good shape and I cannot wait to show once again that I am the best.
“After my brother Wladimir and me, Adamek is the third best heavyweight in the world. He is definitely better than David Haye who is just a world champion in talking.
Tomasz Adamek: “I have studied Klitschko a lot. It will be a great fight and at the end I will be the new world heavyweight champion.”
Tom Loeffler, K2 Promotions: “This is not only a heavyweight championship fight, this is a worldwide sports event that will be seen in over 120 countries. The soccer stadium in Wroclaw will be sold out with 42,000 boxing spectators and it will be the first show held in this brand new stadium.”
