After two very close and exciting fights against pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao, Juan Manuel Marquez fully intends to make the trilogy equally thrilling.
The 38 year Mexican warrior has already fought a draw and lost a controversial 12 round split decision to the pound for pound No.1. The pair meet again at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on November 12 and Marquez is training like never before in a bid to tame the ‘Pacman’
“I want this fight. All the Mexican people want this fight,” insisted Marquez:” I know this fight is a tough fight for me, but now I am training very hard. I train very hard for my speed. I train very hard for my strength. I train very hard for everything. I want to give another great fight to the people.”
Following a lengthy promotional tour Marquez and his long time trainer, Nacho Beristain are back in Mexico, training very hard and Marquez is eager to please the Mexican people.
“I want to thank Manny Pacquiao and his team for giving me this opportunity,” said Marquez :” I want to dedicate this fight for all the Mexican people, for all my family and especially I want to dedicate to my father in law, because he died two months ago and this fight is for his memory.”
