Junior welterweight Roberto Ortiz scored a sixth round knockout win over veteran Carlos Urias at the Hotel Fairmont Princess in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico on Saturday.
The bout was stopped after the the unbeaten Ortiz floored Urias. Ortiz retained his WBC Silver title.
On the undercard, former double world champion Hugo Cazares scored a seventh round knockout over Adan Garcia. Cazares decked Garcia in rounds four and seven. The time of the stoppage was 1.41.
