
NABO jr lightweight titleholder Eloy Perez, 22-0-2-(6), remained unbeaten Friday night when he scored an explosive second round knockout win over Daniel Jimenez, 20-4-1-(12), at the Salinas Sports Complex in Salinas, California.
With just six ko’s from 22 wins Perez is seen as a massive puncher but he floored Jimenez twice in the opening round and again with a perfect left hook after 0.56 of round two. On the undercard super middleweight James Parison, 15-1-(4), won an contentious six round split decision against Paul Mendez, 6-2, The scores were 59-55 58-56 for Parison and 58-56 for Mendez.
