Former world champions Tomás Rojas and Raúl García both won their respective bouts at the Auditorio Municipal in Tijuana on Saturday night.
Rojas, 38-13-1-(25), won a 10 round unanimous decision over Julio “Sombra” Zarate, 28-6-2-(17), in the main event. The scores were 97-93, 97-93, 99-92.
On the undercard two-time former champ García, 32-2-1-(20), punished Michael Landero for three rounds until the fight was stopped after 1:49 of the round.
