Former WBA light flyweight champ Roberto Vasquez, 30-5-(21), won a unanimous 11 round decision over Mario Briones, 21-2-1-(15), to win the vacant WBA Fedelatin super bantamweight title at the Roberto Duran Arena in Panama City, Panama on Friday.
Vasquez won a close and keenly fought contest by scores of 105.1/2-104.1/2, 106.1/2-105.1/2, 107-104.1/2.
