Jonathan Barros, 32-1-1-(18), made a successful first defence of his WBA featherweight title with a routine 12 round unanimous decision win over Miguel Roman, 33-7-(25), at the Polideportivo La Colonia, Junin, in Mendoza, Argentina on Saturday night.
The Argentine champion out boxed Roman for pretty much the entire 12 rounds as the 118-110, 118-109 and 117-111 suggested.
