By Lwazi Ndzobongo: Francois Botha (48-5-3) defeated Flo Simba (10-1) via sixth round stoppage at Emperors Palace, east of Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday.
Botha landed right hands throughout the round that hurt Simba until the referee came to his rescue at 2.50. It was a bit of a shock as Simba was expected to beat Botha but Botha’s experience and Simba’s lack of defence led to Botha’s win.
