Daniel Geale made a successful first defence of his IBF middleweight crown at the Derwent Entertainment Centre in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia on Wednesday.
The Australian held on to his title with a clear 12 round unanimous points decision over the tough but outgunned Eromosele Albert by scores of 116-112, 117-111 and 119-109.
The tough but limited challenger pursued the champion for the full 12 rounds but Geale was always one step ahead of his opponent.
On the undercard a clash for the PABA super middleweight crown saw Serge Yannick, 14-1-(7), stop Jamie Pittman, 21-3-(8), on a cut in round two.
