Venezuelan flyweight Jean Piero Perez, 18-3-1-(13), won a unanimous 12 round decision against Mexican Jesus Silvestre, 31-7-(22), to claim the vacant WBA interim flyweight title at the Arena Coliseo,Guadalajara, Mexico Saturday night.
At the end of 12 round all three judges scored the bout for Perez 117-111 twice and 118-110 all in favor of Perez.
The card was promoted by Canelo Promotions.
