Conor Benn has been on the offensive ever since he beat Regis Prograis last weekend.

Benn, who is now 29 and has had 26 fights, has long said that he is now on a quest for a world title. He spent 2025 fighting generational rival Chris Eubank Jr and after losing the first match on the cards, he turned it around in the second fight and got a wide points win after 12 rounds.

That fight was up at 160lbs and Benn is now targeting a belt in the welterweight division at 147lbs but is working his way there slowly. His latest contest was at 150 bs against Prograis, a former two-time world champion who was fighting at his highest ever weight.

Despite being a durable opponent at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, he never really looked like hurting Benn and lost wide on the cards.

Since then, Benn has been active online and, in a new post on X, laid into Ryan Garcia as he continued to call him out.

“Got floored by Luke Campbell quit against woman beating gervumpalumpa and got bashed by rolly. I will beat you 💯 per cent and i will get that wbc world title NEXT. Let’s run it @RyanGarcia”

Garcia is the WBC champion, having beaten Mario Barrios back in February via a 12-round unanimous decision after scoring a knockdown in the first round.

He was quick to call Benn “Connor Bumm” after his fight and predicted a mid-round knockout if they were to fight, which is rumoured for later this year.
