Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford have weighed in and are now ready to square off in Las Vegas this evening.

The fight takes place at the Allegiant Stadium and the event will be broadcast live on Netflix, as Canelo puts his undisputed super-middleweight crown on the line against Crawford.

‘Bud’ is stepping up two weight divisions for the fight, after winning the WBA super-welterweight title in his last contest in August 2024, but he has spent the majority of the past decade campaigning at welterweight, where he became undisputed in July 2023.

As for Canelo, he has fought as high as 175lbs in his career, and is yet to ever taste defeat at 168lbs, with the only two losses he has suffered coming at super-welterweight against Floyd Mayweather and at light heavyweight against Dmitry Bivol.

One man that has been extremely vocal throughout the build-up to the showdown is former two-weight world champion Tim Bradley, who has now shared his final verdict after seeing the two men weigh in on Friday.

Speaking to Fight Hub TV, Bradley reiterated yet again that he sees it being a knockout victory for Crawford.

“It goes the distance, or a late stoppage for Crawford.”

Bradley also explained why he is so confident that ‘Bud’ will come out on top.

“Adaptability, skill, toughness, grit, hunger, he still fights like he got 2 dollars in his bank account. That’s why. He’s different. I ain’t worried about that weight. No excuses. If Canelo wins he gets credit, major credit for me. Number one pound-for-pound on the spot for whoever wins this fight.”

With just hours to go until the fighters are in the ring, former super-middleweight world champion Carl Froch has revealed that he has changed his prediction.
