Tim Bradley Says Nobody Knows How To Beat One Active Champion

Two-weight world champion Tim Bradleybelieves there isn’t a single fighter that is capable of defeating one world champion in particular.

That man is reigning WBC world lightweight champion Shakur Stevenson, who is just days away from locking horns with countryman Teofimo Lopez.

Lopez will make the fourth defence of his WBO super-lightweight title against Stevenson at the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday January 31.

It will be Stevenson’s first return to action since he comprehensively defeated Mexico’s William Zepeda in a career-best performance back in July, successfully defending his WBC lightweight crown for the third time.

Speaking on his own YouTube channel recently, Bradley claimed that there is ‘no blueprint’ for anyone to beat Stevenson, who remains undefeated in 24 bouts since making his professional debut.

“Please, somebody tell me, how the hell you beat some damn Shakur Stevenson? I’ll wait. How you beat Shakur Stevenson? Can somebody please, on the contrary, please tell me how the hell do you beat Teofimo Lopez?

“How you beat Teofimo Lopez? Because there’s a blueprint out to beat Teofimo Lopez. Ain’t no blueprint out to beat no damn Shakur Stevenson. Lopez don’t know how to beat Shakur Stevenson.”

Should Stevenson prove Bradley right and be victorious over Lopez next weekend, he will become a world champion in a fourth weight class at just 28-years-old, proving himself to be one of the best active fighters on the planet in the process.
